Hi, I'm Brad Seufert from Luxor Insurance Group. I'd like to take a moment to tell you a little bit about myself.

I first started in the insurance industry working with my father at American Family Insurance in 1992. Since that first day my goal has been to provide the best service for the people of Indianapolis and the surrounding area.

A few years back I started to find that representing a single insurance company was not in my, or my customers best interest. Representing a single company limited eligibility, coverage options, and price. Because of this, I chose to become an independent insurance agent, representing several insurance companies, giving myself and my customers more choices when insuring their cars, homes, and other property they might have.

One thing that you will find that sets us apart from other agencies is that we personally answer the phone. Whether you have a question about your bill, or you have a possible claim, you'll always have someone to talk to.

I can’t say enough good things about the customer service and satisfaction we have with Brad Seufert at Luxor – and he has been our agent for many years! When we contact him with a new need, he is – always -- very responsive! If we have a new coverage need, he runs multiple scenarios and provides options so we can make the best decision. I’m thrilled that he has saved us a lot of money over the years! When we first switched our auto insurance to one of his companies, our new rate was cheaper – for an entire year – than we’d previously paid for 6 months (with one of the ‘big insurers’ who sell only ‘their’ insurance). Even last year, he was able to drop premiums for my elderly mother. Just last week, I texted Brad late one evening (expecting to hear from him the next day).
