I can’t say enough good things about the customer service and satisfaction we have with Brad Seufert at Luxor – and he has been our agent for many years! When we contact him with a new need, he is – always -- very responsive! If we have a new coverage need, he runs multiple scenarios and provides options so we can make the best decision. I’m thrilled that he has saved us a lot of money over the years! When we first switched our auto insurance to one of his companies, our new rate was cheaper – for an entire year – than we’d previously paid for 6 months (with one of the ‘big insurers’ who sell only ‘their’ insurance). Even last year, he was able to drop premiums for my elderly mother. Just last week, I texted Brad late one evening (expecting to hear from him the next day).
