I can’t say enough good things about the customer service and satisfaction we have with Brad Seufert at Luxor – and he has been our agent for many years! When we contact him with a new need, he is – always -- very responsive! If we have a new coverage need, he runs multiple scenarios and provides options so we can make the best decision. I’m thrilled that he has saved us a lot of money over the years! When we first switched our auto insurance to one of his companies, our new rate was cheaper – for an entire year – than we’d previously paid for 6 months (with one of the ‘big insurers’ who sell only ‘their’ insurance). Even last year, he was able to drop premiums for my elderly mother. Just last week, I texted Brad late one evening (expecting to hear from him the next day). He called me within probably 30 minutes of getting my text. If you want an agent who is attentive to his customers’ needs, give Brad a call! We are so thankful to have such strong support – in what can sometimes be very stressful situations!

I have had home and auto insurance through Luxor for nearly 30 years. It has been one of the best professional relationships I have ever had. The Seuferts have kept me well insured and made sure any claims were settled promptly and to my satisfaction. You won’t regret having them on your side!
